I am working in my first series this year, Spider Woman and Spider Man. In Dine’ oral history (not Navajo legend nor myth), it is Spider Woman who teaches the Dine’ to weave along with Spider Man’s help. Spider Woman and Spider Man are holy people in my culture. I am a male Dine’ weaver so this is my tribute to the rich oral history and sacred ceremony to Spider Woman and Spider Man.
I hope you enjoy these pieces. Please contact me if you are seriously interested in purchasing the following pieces.
